J-ADD is blessed with an active and distinguished Board of Trustees. Composed of individuals at the top of their field, this group of individuals tirelessly works towards our mission to better the special needs community. Through their dedication and passion, they have helped to make J-ADD reach the potential it has today.

Sharon Horn, MSW: President

Sharon maintains a full time social work practice in Bergen County New Jersey, Sharon Horn Consulting LLC., and has worked with individuals with special needs for the past 15 years.

Dr. John Winer: Executive Director

Dr. Winer is the current Executive Director of
J-ADD. He has worked with people with disabilities for almost 30 years in Australia, Israel and the USA.
